Bryan arrived on time. He and his partner went right to work and installed the new mini-split in about eight hours. The work was clean and efficient. We are very happy.

Thuan Tran was our technician for our annual service and he did an amazing job. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything he did and found very clearly. He even took care of an issue that had definitely been there the year before that the prior technician didnt catch. I will be requesting him specifically next year for our service. Greenwood has been great to work with overall as well. We have a gas, tankless hot water heater, gas furnace and ducted mini-split/heat pump that they service annually.
