This company is a FRAUD. They decieve on their clients and those who interested in their properties, made us apply for their properties, and just disappear. They also have terrible management in staff and agents, they were very rude and impatient. I can't even reach out to anyone when I was decieved into applying one of their properties, they just ignored my application and went on to find other potential applications. I would rate zero star if there's an option. THE WORST EXPERIENCES!!

They have managed our property for 5+ years, the first property manager was great, responsive and proactive. However her replacement was awful to work with, took weeks and multiple emails / calls to respond. We have escalated to the company manager and nothing came out of it. Will not use them again.

Beware of this company while applying. They do not refund the application fee even if they do not process the application.I had applied for a home, they never came back on results. I followed up myself to know the application is unsuccessful and the reason given was someone saw the home before me & got allocated. When i requested for refund of application fee as the application was not processed, the agent said that they cannot be refund. They took the money for absolutely unprocessed application which is unprofessional and unheard of. I would suggest get clarity from agent before applying or you may loose hard earned money with this company as application fee.

Summary: First of all, please sort all the reviews by the date. They also have a location at Lynnwood, check the reviews of the other location too. I rented from a place managed by this company. I don't recommend places managed by this company for future tenants. From a landlord perspective, I also don't recommend it. NO repair, NO security deposit refund NOT communicate between HOA and owner ============== Updates regarding NPPM response: a. There are no open and/or unresolved requests via SDCI under this property address. Check 002733-22CP on SDCI website. b. All work orders submitted via the maintenance portal were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The request submitted on 12/26/2021 got canceled on 03/04/2022 never get dispatched (No dispatch record). "The thermostat in the secondary bedroom is broken, which leads to the temperature being uncontrollable. Can you get it fixed as soon as possible since it is cold? Thanks. " c. Any damage that incurred during your tenancy was documented and withheld as explained via the statement of deposit return. Till now I did not receive statement of return, only received "We are unable to provide a final statement for the below reasons: Final invoice for Cleaning/Repair/Other work has not yet been received from Vendor." THEY DID NOT INVESTIGATE AT ALL ========================== Original review: NO repair, NO security deposit refund This company don't do repair. Before COVID, their repair is fast, however, after COVID, they never answer phone calls for repairs and never dispatch. They only dispatch when SDCI contacted them. For example, water busted in our place is not resolved until half a month later. Some issues never resolved till we move out. The property manager never answer phone calls or my attorney's phone call. Second, they charges $750 cleaning fees with no detailed statement with no phone call answered when we moved out. They never answer phone calls for inquiry this. NOT communicate between HOA and owner During the middle of the lease, we had a roommate change. I read HOA CCR and it requires notifications of moving in and out. We notified the agent, my new roommate did the application and passed the check. Half a year later, I received an email from HOA asking us whether we have roommate change since they notified packages named to a new person. I am surprised that HOA did not know and I am unsure about whether owner get fined by HOA. This is only one example, I feel there is a miss of communication and lack of management. I am unsure whether it is because they managed so many units per manager.

Same exact complaint as user below me from Mr. Ganesan, which I will quote at the end. I'll also add: - Sort the reviews here by "Newest" and you'll see the reputation is not great. The fact that this is the only google review I've ever written should be telling - The application fee was processed even though when I was finally called back after trying desperately to view the property (after ~5x phone calls and messages), they had said the property had ALREADY been rented. The ad was STILL up at this time allowing others to apply and lose a fee, and is still up today possibly due to denied applications. A simple password on the application (given to those after viewing property) could save all this headache for everyone. - Eventually I was told they don't rent or process applications until they show the property, but getting through to view the property was very challenging and communication is poor/non existent. I feel for folks that are overworked and understaffed right now, and came to find the rental broker manages 70+ properties, and am now not surprised by this. - Was told multiple times that I'd be called back the next day only to be ghosted, until I was proactive myself in calling. - If you can, find brokers that limit their property # intake or find a mom & pop owned rental (which I did) that has few properties to manage. My new landlords are great communicators! "Beware of this company while applying. They do not refund the application fee even if they do not process the application.
