Kelly Right Real Estate

Realtor Luz Gil Vargas out of Spokane/Renton Washington is very unprofessional & this real estate group also seems very fishy. We are a foundation repair company out of Texas. She contracted us to do repairs at a home here in Texas and once the repairs were completed she has disappeared & we have not heard from her, she wont answer phone calls or emails, and she owes us money on the remaining balance for the project!!! We are now taking every action we can to reach her (including legal) & we will also be reporting her and this real estate group to the BBB very soon.

STEER CLEAR! Horrible real estate company. Judging by the recent reviews, apparently I am not the only one with a bad experience at the expense Kelly Right's poor etiquette and unprofessional tactics. We negotiated and graciously accepted an offer below asking (and market) price. Agent was very pushy, and even rushed in the inspection and appraisal. The inspection came back with about $2,500 worth of silly (hired professional) repairs. The most ridiculous were: sticky dishwasher latch, dryer vent lint, worn out window blinds, 3ft of sun-warped siding, sticky windows track, etc. I wish I were kidding. I was able to remediate most of these items myself for under $200. Before we even had the chance to counter-offer the inspection demands, they walked. KR agent proceeded to gaslight by saying there was $25k worth of work was needed on the house. Even though none of their "concerns" made it on the inspection report. Example: Roof was 'end of life' (even though there is still 10 years left; "old water heater" (even though I had it installed 2 years ago); "furnace needs replacing" (although it was not mentioned on the report). I am SO glad this fell through. We dodged a bullet from having to deal with this junk agency and their untrained, unskilled, and unprofessional agents. Again, steer clear unless you want to deal with the headache of dishonest tactics.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Kelly Right real estate!!  This brokerage literally STANDS IN THE WAY of homes being sold.  I am a buyer from California.  I flew up to see a home that Jeremy Miller of Kelly Right real estate had listed.  I was ready to make a cash offer, full price, no contingencies, close in 10 days.  I would have bought the house and closed the deal.  Jeremy and his pathetic excuse for a broker, Joe Kelly refused to even schedule a showing so I could see the house.  They were the listing agents...but won't show the house.  AMAZING.  They should have their licenses revoked and be banned from real estate for life.  THIS IS WHY people rate used car salesmen and politicians higher than Realtors.  STAY AWAY!
