I cannot rate Jim and Monte highly enough. I was a first time homebuyer with no experience in the process and didn't know entirely what I was looking for. Jim was patient and kind and taught me what to look for and look out for. They were both so helpful and trustworthy, I felt so taken care of. But more than that, they made it fun. In addition to Jim and Monte themselves, everyone they have recommended to me, from mortgage agents to home inspectors, have been truly extraordinary. I even recommended them to my mother and she used them to both buy and sell a home, as have the majority of my friends. Jim and Monte have become friends at this point and we wouldn't have it any other way!

Loved working with Jim and Monte! We sold a home at the beginning of 2020, a home that Jim and Monte helped us purchase several years earlier. The purchase experience was fantastic and so there was no hesitation listing that home for sale with them as well. Jim and Monte are a fantastic team and bring a very well rounded approach to the technical details as well as the human emotion element. They helped us in the planning process of final projects to finish out to maximize value and which ones may not carry a favorable return. In the end, we sold our home for much more than we listed, as the house was setup and advertised very well. They helped us cap it off with strong negotiation skills that were delivered to the other agents with a very personable approach. We moved out of the Seattle area, otherwise, we would certainly continue using them for any real estate needs.

Jim & Monte were so terrific when helping my parents with their home purchase. They helped us through every step of the process including guidance with making a competitive bid, getting paperwork done digitally and across different time zones, and working with me as a go-between contact when my parents weren't available. They were super responsive about fielding questions from my parents who were moving across the country and weren't familiar with the area, and they made the whole tricky process so much easier to do.
