Ian is just the agent we (me and my wife) were hoping to find when we were searching for real estate agents in Nov' 2019. Being first time home buyers, we didn't know a lot about home buying process. It was important for us to find someone who could act as a guiding figure and educate us along the way, while still giving us room to make educated decisions based on options. And for that, we needed the right resources at every step of the process. Ian scores a FULL 10 in all those aspects! Now that we have happily found a house (in just 2.5 months) and closed it successfully, we can't thank him enough for the efforts he put in, his profound knowledge, his quick thinking, negotiation skills and time management. His way of plan execution is quite impressive and he is very respectful of everyone's time. His email response time was so good that I almost never had to call him back for getting an answer. I'd recommend Ian to anyone who wants to buy a home and looking for an agent. He's really great at his job!

Highly recommend working with Ian - listen to his advise. In our 5 months working with him, we are amazed at how well he understands the market and the client (us). He is very sincere, and will not push you at all. My husband and I tend be very wary of agents, and he is the first agent we have felt comfortable with.
