Eric was a delight to work with. We are so grateful to have found him! He was spot on with the houses he chose for us to view. He is familiar with the many areas of Seattle. Eric did a fantastic job with the purchase of my new home and the selling of my former home. I saw my dream home for the first time on Saturday and he quickly got to work and we were the first party to get an offer in, ultimately securing the home by Monday! He did an amazing job communicating everything thoroughly with me and quickly answered any questions that arose. Eric also rose to the occasion selling my former home. We were struggling with a difficult market and he was always thinking of new ways to make my home stand out from the crowd and finding new places to advertise to reach a broader audience. He, again, made himself available to me whenever I had questions or concerns along the way. I would gladly recommend Eric to any of my friends and family!
