My partner and I recently bought our first home, and we honestly dont think it would have been possible without the steady, expert, and patient guidance of Joe Klarman and his partner Erik Zaugg. They walked us through and explained every step of the process, answering our millions of questions and helping us to prepare emotionally for a brutal real estate market. We never felt rushed, even after asking them to take us to see roughly 1 jillion houses. It still kind of blows our minds how responsive and available they were it was easy to forget that we werent the only people they were working with. This was especially true when we put in offers. They stayed in regular communication with us, the sellers agent, and our lending agent the whole day. We actually think our final offer was successful in part because of how communicative and responsive Joe was with all parties. My partner and I are forever grateful to Joe and Erik, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
