        Abysmal.. Unable to understand basic legal codes in front of him. and Recommends completely inferior options. Do not trust this lawyer to have any level of competency in interpreting the law. It's embarrassing. While refusing to read unfamiliar criminal code, this group's lawyer Matthew persisted in recommending civil action as the way to go.
