I can't remember the last time I had such an outstanding customer service experience at a U-Haul location, despite decades of using their services when needed. This particular location and its staff are remarkable. Kudos to U-Haul management for employing such customer-focused associates and providing exceptional service with top-notch equipment, ensuring a smooth process. Furthermore, I'd like to highlight their technological investments; their website and app are incredibly user-friendly and efficient, contributing to a hassle-free experience. I will definitely return for more of this excellent service.

I had a pretty bad experience here. Buyer beware! Tried to check in on the app but truck was blocked in putting me behind schedule. Gas was actually below where they said it was (stated at 3/8 and was actually 1/4 of a tank), luckily I double checked this otherwise I would have had to pay an extra $20 - $30 in gas. I definitely think they should have had the tank filled more for their rentals, I had to put gas in pretty much immediately after leaving the lot because of this. Was told I could return the truck after hours but found out later they charged me an additional $170 over the $90 Id already paid claiming I had to pay for a whole extra day of rental I.e. 2x truck rental fee 2x insurance fee and 2x dolly fee + late fee. I contacted the manager and she reluctantly refunded only the truck rental fee and the insurance fee. Did not refund the extra dolly fee or the late fee even after I asked her about it. While part of the extra $170 was due to mileage they essentially charged me $100 for returning after hours even when I was told I could. Even after the refund they essentially stole $50 from me. This place is a scam and seems like they will do anything to take extra money from you after your rental. I would not rent here again.

Made a reservation for a uhaul truck online for this interbay location a couples days before my move. When I went to pick up my truck, they didnt have one for me. They told me to call the 1-800 uhaul number and find a different location with a truck. I was already on a strict time schedule for moving day and had paid movers to come and help, so this was a huge setback in my day. I ended up having to drive 30 min away to get a uhaul truck from a different location.
