R&R Heating & Air Conditioning

I recently needed to have a fairly new AC replaced in my home. Tom Fyfe went above and beyond to make this happen for me, finding a compatible new unit, delivering it to my home and coordinating with my neighbor to get it inside my garage while I was at work. He came by on the install date to make sure everything was going well as I had less than a pleasant experience last year with the situation and a different installer. Matt and Colby installed the unit both were professional and patient as I had questions on how things worked etc. They explained answers to my questions which gave me confidence. They did a great job! I was thrilled when the job was completed and everything was picked up and cleaned up! I signed up for a service contract based on their customer service. Thank you!

Last week (mid-March 2024) R-and-R heating team replaced our Heat Pump. The team (JJ, Jake, Justin and Zack) was professional, efficient, communicative and friendly. In less than a day the old heat pump was gone and the new heat pump was in and working well. New heat pump has passed inspection and is working as advertised. My wife and I are pleased!
