I will certainly use Absolute Appliance in the future if needed. The tech (Rob) was very knowledgeable, polite and timely. The service call was also more reasonably priced than others that I've contacted. He was careful to use the proper tools (oven dolly) so as to not damage cabinets. They'll be my 1st call next time.

This is the third time I've used this company for home appliance repair or replacement and I could not be happier with them! They are honest, reliable, timely and great at communicating. They are always good about getting me an appointment as soon as possible and getting my issue sorted with as much professionalism as possible. I purchased a dryer from them(they are not currently selling appliances) and had them service a washer and, most recently, a refrigerator/freezer. Their price for service calls is always reasonable and they are very knowledgeable about home appliances. They go above and beyond to offer advice and information. Absolutely outstanding service. Had a built-in oven go bad. It turned out, as they found out, the motherboard, which you cannot buy anymore, because the stove is old. They took it upon themselves to re-solder a couple joints on the motherboard and reinstalled it and the oven works fantastic. also a month earlier my washing machine broke down and they came and fixed it in no time flat. I highly recommend these guys. They are great! I was expecting a huge bill when I got a smaller bill and was shocked. They are totally honest and fair.

These gentlemen were so honest. They worked on our 3 year old dryer, showed us a temporary fix and told us that if that didnt work over time, the replacement parts would cost as much as a new dryer. And they came on the same day I called them. Service: Washer/dryer repair
