As an aspiring business owner, I first heard about Northwest Registered Agent in late 2022/early 2023. I was interested in using them to establish a business. In 2024, I'm blessed to finally start working with Northwest. Needless to say, my experience has been fantastic. In addition to providing a range of services for business establishment and website setup, the customer service is stellar. My primary contact is an associate named Amanda, and in addition to providing clarity regarding Northwest's services, she's provided stellar direction regarding next steps for my business as well as best practices to adopt. I look forward to using Northwest for several years!

We needed to create an LLC in Pennsylvania and needed some help. Amanda Brooks did a superb job of providing that help and helped us do everything we needed to do in a very professional, friendly and positive way. Five stars are not enough, she needs at least 10 stars for her attitude and work. Knowing people like Amanda are available to help us, we will be contacting Northwest Registered Agents LLC the next time we need to set up a new company in another state. I am happy to have hired this company to help me with my new self-publishing company- my LLC. The only complaint is if you email them, they take forever to get back to you. I emailed on the 3rd about something I found online concerning my company's name and have received no reply. I guess the only way to contact them is to call, but it's easier to just shoot off an email with a concern or question. They're thing is to never be annoying. Well, I find it annoying that their customer service is severely lacking.
