        Thought wed try a closer flower shop. Wife used to work in a flower shop. Gave her flowers, and 81yo mom Valentines bouquets. Unbeknownst to me, Flowers were dead on arrival. Next day numerous dead soldiers hanging over the vase. Cant replace memories. Went to flower shop and asked employee to have owner call to explain, as, we didnt want a replacement or refund. Two weeks later, no call. Headed back to Evergreen Flowers. Never had a bad bouquet there.

      Sorry about that Dean, I know that when you were in the store Last Week, Amy talked to you about the disappointing flowers, She left me a note to call you, and since then I spend my spare time looking for the order that you placed so I would have the Maximum information I needed. to be able to talk to you about your order. I Still have not found it. But I am so glad that the ladies at Evergreen are able to keep a good customer in you, They are certainly very good florists. I have known them for many many years. again, sorry to disappoint you, but as Amy said we would have gladly replaced your flowers for you.Esther
