Perfect spot not far from downtown and close to all our business matters. Clean rooms and friendly service!

We got the king size bed and omg the bed, sheets, pillows and blankets were wonderful so soft and comfy. Everything was white so you could see how clean everything was. Then the layout of the room was nice with a separate little sitting area that had a second tv. Overall very satisfied and the staff was so nice! Very helpful and explained everything about our stay and any fees they hold for being local. They did tell us as residents of Spokane they hold an additional 250 dollars until you check out which is then released once you leave. It then can take 2 to 3 business days to get back so be prepared for the extra money up front. It makes complete sense why the do that though so that's why I'm comfortable giving that rating.

We so valued our experiences every time we stay he at this facility. The staff is Always refreshing, kind & very much wanting to help wherever necessary to bring comfort& ease during our stay. 5 all day!! Safety: My wife always states how safe she feels here & the security measures taken to sucure our wellbeing. She is 100% safe she says in the Comfort& safety u provide, but she still compliments our stay here.

Great hotel, loved the real hot breakfast. We will probably be back. What we didn't like is the huge variation in prices from one day to the next. Need to pay close attention to what they charge. We also had dogs with us, and they were very supportive of having pets!!! Food & drinks: Hot breakfast was very nice!!
