        WARNING* My wife stayed here and woke up with Bed Bug bites. They would not say we're sorry, they only suggested that we brought the bugs in the hotel. Pam the manager and everyone associated with this hotel will not put the customer first. Extremely bad service. Stayer Beware!

        Best view of downtown spokane, plenty of free parking, great location for ppl who have hospital visits, one thing lil spends . If you have child that like to see trains, airplanes ambulances and helicopters this place is for you. Safety: Wifi sign in Food & drinks: The breakfast is great, Sunny is awesome, she greed everyone with smiles, make sure food are fresh, and area is clean

      Hybrid Marketing, We first learned of this issue from Hilton's Customer Care office and are happy to let them continue to address your case. We are still determining who Pam is (someone at the corporate office?), but our management team cares deeply about our guests and the experience they have at our hotel. We immediately had our pest control company inspect your wife's room and other nearby rooms. We are happy to report that there is no insect activity. We can provide you with copies of those reports to ease your mind. A copy has been sent to Hilton and their team. We hope visitors will reach out to us during their stay if any issues arise that need attention.

      Misuk, Our area can be busy with hospital activity. We do have white noise machines for folks who might need them. Many kids have also enjoyed the 24-hour pool and hot tub area and their parents' delicious breakfast. Thank you for your review of our hotel in Downtown Spokane. We hope you will visit us again.
