        Absolutely, will never stay at this hotel again. I made a reservation and accidentally selected the wrong date and because it was less than 24 hrs within the stay the hotel would not move the date or refund me. Out 155 bucks. I dont know what is happening with customer service. So the hotel got Paid for a room that wasnt used and wouldnt help Rectify the error. Unethical business practice.

        We had a truly enjoyable stay for the week we were in Spokane. The staff is very friendly welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed special shoutout to Charlye for the hookup on the stamps! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing and we could see the pavilion with all it's lights at night. The cookies and milk every evening were a delicious treat. Friday night was the best batch in my opinion. It was peaceful and quiet almost the entire time but on our last night there (Friday) suddenly the hall became a speedway for screaming girls running and knocking on the doors and running away despite the do not disturb on the door. There was shenanigans in the elevator and milk got spilled. I guess there was some basketball event going on the weekend we were leaving. Still. That's not the fault of the hotel or it's staff. We would definitely return again next time we visit Spokane.

      As I was researching this I could not find a reservation under this name. This caught my attention because this is not how we at the hotel would typically handle a situation like this. If possible, please reach out to me at the hotel, 509-328-8505. Depending on how your reservation was made I will see what we can do to rectify this situation but again, I did not see an existing reservation at our hotel under this name.
