        Overall this interaction was terrible. I didnt think so right away, but the more I interacted with this agent the worse it got. I went there because other reviews claimed she was polite and honest, however, my experience was not so, it was quite the opposite.

        She was extremely helpful in opening up a new policy. She was translucent throughout the entirety of the process and made an otherwise stressful ordeal fairly easy. I got more coverage than I previously had another company for a similar price.
