I do online orders for pickup and every single time I come here its at least a 30min wait and thats even if the employees notice you! I stood there for about 5 mins before being helped by anyone, by far the worst jersey mikes Ive ever been to! I will be traveling off the south hill to go to a different jersey mikes from now on!!

I dont know who made our sandwich today, but it was above and beyond our expectations! So delicious, we truly appreciate the effort. You can always tell when food is slapped together, this was not it. Even during lunch hours when Im sure yall are busy, we could tell this sandwich was made with care. Keep up the good work!

Rude, racist, and unprofessional. I will never come back here ever again. I ordered online for faster service. Guy at the front saw me standing there for over 10 minutes, yet didnt actually acknowledge me. He served about 5 people that came in before me with no problem. I went to get in line to order here, showed them my order, and worker said go ask up front and gave me a thumbs up. I responded with I did but yall dont acknowledge me. If you all dont like people of color PLEASE SAY THAT and Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.
