Kyle and his team at John L Scott were amazing, even after dealing with us for over a year due to the state of the housing market. I can't even begin to count the amount of houses Kyle showed us, and even if he was booked all day and we wanted to see something, he quickly got one of his teammates involved so we wouldn't miss any potential opportunities. We appreciate all the time and care he took when showing us houses, to be certain it would be the best fit for us. And we especially appreciate all the time and care he took when putting in offers to try our best to win in an incredibly competitive market. We are so grateful to Kyle and team for getting us into our very first house!!

Kyle was truly an amazing person to work with. Being our first time buying a house , we didnt know what to look for or things to pay attention to but Kyle definitely showed us more than just that, he explained the things to look for for future benefits and better financial opportunities but overall what We wanted. Kyle was willing to show any and all houses that we were interested in and he always made time to show. which I thought was really great. He truly went above and beyond for my family and got us a house that we all truly love and really wanted. If we ever buy another house or sell our house, I wouldnt go to anybody else but Kyle because he knows what hes doing and hes not gonna tell you what you want to hear or let you settle for less. He makes the whole process comfortable. He keeps you up to date with whats going on. I felt that from the first house we saw together to the last house we learned what we wanted and didnt want, so much insight he shared. Kyle and his team are a blessing anybody would be silly not to have him guide them along the way.

Having Kyle Krug as our Realtor was the best decision we ever made. He went into our real estate transaction knowing there were several, very difficult obstacles that had to be conquered. Not once was there a negative word from him. It has been one month since closing and still we pinch ourselves in amazement of what Kyle accomplished. Kyles brilliance in marketing our home, which had not been maintained for over twenty years, resulted in the home selling within the first hour it was listed and for $26,000 over our asking price. I have NEVER worked with an individual of the high caliber of character that Kyle Krug measures up to.
