Yolande is a go-getter, she was in contact with us daily as we went through the house hunting and buying process. She kept us informed about everything that was going on. She answered questions for us before we even had to ask the question. If we did have a question we thought of she had the answer quickly and it was a thorough answer. Her list of Next Steps in the buying process was really neat. Yolande sent it more than once and it was very helpful and put us at ease knowing what was already done and what was coming up. Yolande even came to our signing at the Title company for added support and another set of eyes and ears and questions we may have forgotten. Buying a house is stressful and the stress got to us a few times. We felt we went a bit crazy and boy was Yolande kind and understanding and hung right in there with us. This gal had our back and that was much appreciated. The pictures taken in front of our house today by Yolande were just the icing on the buying a house cake. The big key we got to hold saying "We said yes to the address," was really cute. This go-getter, got your back, kind, understanding gal is the realtor for you!!!
