Getting a loan is never fun but Mike Reis at CMG made it smooth. They told us what we needed and why, plus being out of State helped get the documents to them. Do use them if possible, you will be happy you did.

Mike was absolutely the best. He kept us informed and took the time to explain things in detail and answer all of our questions, even after hours. :) He was instrumental in us putting an offer on our house to begin with.
