The at fault driver that t-boned me tried to tell the insurance a different story than what really happened and even with the police report to support the facts of the accident the insurance was giving me the run around about his responsibility and theirs to pay out. Three calls later and I was fed up so I called a few firms and Hughes Mathews had not only the kindest but most professional secretary and paralegal, but the better rates of the three. They handled everything well, and all that is left at this point is to wait on the check to come and I am incredibly pleased with the end results and that they didn't want to settle for a meager payout. They got all of my expenses covered and then some.
