He's willing to answer questions and explain things in a way laymen can understand. He consistently makes great suggestions regarding solutions to repair or improve our system. We highly recommend!

        I had a leak underneath the sink, I called 2 companies to get an estimate, shaw was unprofessional. He got out of their car and talked to the technician from the other company for 15 minutes, The other company's quote was $400. Shaw's quote was $760, which is almost double. I hired the other company for the job.
