Wish I could give less. Aside from their stuff ripping people off they will ruin your refund and you will never see it. They never answer their phone, wont respond to emails and wont own up to messing your tax refund up. Avoid this place at all costs.

Shotty business practices and incompetent employees. Same cost to use turbo tax free online. Partners and probably the owner as well are embezzling. When problems arise they avoid you. You will not get a call or email in response to any problems

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use these guys if you expect to have calls and emails answered.
First they made a tax mistake that will cost me dearly. And now they won't work with me to correct the mistake they made. I have sent multiple emails and left numerous messages with the secretary. Yet still have received no return call. Either they don't care or they are hoping I just disappear so they don't have to pay the interest for the mistake they made, as promised. I just know what seemed like a great business has truly let me down.

I am so thankful!!! They will always have my business! My taxes were a mess. You can't even imagine how much they helped me and my grandmother. They can not be thanked enough!
