        Omg what a horrible situation this business has caused me. I literally just got my tax refund for 2022 last month which was DECEMBER and I filed in FEBRUARY! I was not given my EIC which I should have been which put my refund into an amended status with the IRS who is backlogged like crazy. The whole reason I even had them do my taxes vs doing them myself was that I was wanting the refund advance to get my refund early, so I got my debit card from them and was waiting for my funds to drop within 24 hours and they just never came, never showed up, 3 days later I finally get ahold of someone only to find out that the bank doing their advance loans wasnt even considering loans under $1000! What?!? So the management knew that information but it wasnt passed on to the tax pros that were working with the customers and that let me believe that there should be no problem with me receiving the refund advance that I had gotten in previous years. I feel that that is deceptive and bad business and even at the end of the 10 month ordeal I still wasnt able to get all my money back that I paid out for them to do my taxes I was told by the district manager that she couldnt help me with that. Um if someone at that level of the company couldnt help me with that after the hell that I have been put through then who could?? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and pray that you never have to deal with them or the irs backlog for amended returns.
