Good communication throughout the transaction process, secure document emails, flexible closing times. They also caught an error by the lender that saved my buyers some money. Nice, thorough, consistent work. I will use them again.

Worst title company I have ever worked with. They left us hanging with little to zero information about paperwork, gave the wrong final figure for our check, didnt inform us of the signing time, and now we just received notice from our bank they were wrong on some fees etc. If your realtor recommends using this office just ask for a different title company all together. They literally stressed me out to the limit and ruined the end of my home buying process.
