I can honestly say the property manager is really nice and the other people in the office. Some things I don't like is there isn't enough parking and the park space is so close to one another. The garbage overflows alot! I've been at Pinestreet townhomes. Beside

So to start I’ve read these other reviews and everyone is open to their opinion but all these bad reviews were when we had very poor management under other realtor groups. I’ve been at PineStreet for 13+ yrs and I’ve seen A LOT of turnover with management BUT by far the best management has came from Meritus w/ Christina. She’s knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and down to earth and when there’s ANY concern she gets right on it even with managing 2-3 other locations. Her team stays on top of business and makes sure the residents are safe and up to date on any changes happening. The management teams puts in great work & hours even with having so many location sites. So if your looking for a reason to live at PineStreet or any other location under Meritus/Christina you’ve found it!! Truly grateful for her!!
