The apartments are really nice inside updated stainless steel appliances except the neighborhood is pretty sketchy

Great place to live but surrounding area is horrible with crime and the homeless

They don't do a very good job holding a conversation when trying to move in. Not sure how you're gonna make business that way but I tried.. multiple times, but if you guys are okay with ignoring your leads then I guess you're doing fine keeping those spots filled. I would just at least appreciate some sort of communication.
