Now, Im not going to stop trying to apply for these complexes but its something I have a feeling and I just need to release. Ive been attempting multiple ways to get in contact with the leasing office and schedule a tour as well as do the application for renting here and with absolutely no luck, nobody has gotten back to me yet. Ive been calling, sending emails and on different apartment leasing sites trying to schedule an appointment with no call backs. Granted, they may be busy and have a lot of applicants trying to get in, but just a small email or call back or something telling me that all the apartments are being held currently and theyll get back to me when things change would be quite helpful!! But, Im going to keep trying and hopefully someone will get back to me with some type of response.

Thank god they have new management now, but that Miranda lady didnt bother calling me after I found out she just kept my security deposit sitting in her office for months. I called every week and she ignored me until I called on a different number, for it to be luckily picked up by a new manager. I was framed that I didnt clean my bedroom from my ex roommate, and she took that to heart- even after hearing multiple times that the deposit was mine, PLUS my ex roommate writing a letter for them to STOP sending the deposit to her address, which I assume Miranda sent it to her on purpose since she didnt want to send it to my address I provided. Ontop of her awful, immature attitude, raising her voice at me, and basically black listing my number, plus the super small apartment for over 1900-2000k /mo, don't live here- it sucks, and I hope she isnt treating anyone else like me. Hope you lose your job honestly.

The parking is a night mare. They know there is an issue with parking, and their solution is to have cars towed at owners expense. My apartment is falling apart and I put work orders in and nothing has been addressed. The garbage pick up that your forced to pay an additional 25.00 for, sometimes dont get picked up. Its nothing against the manager or maintenance personality, because they seem nice. I just think things could be done differently.
