The owner is incredibly rude, argumentative and disrespectful. He also constantly interrupts you while you're talking, and never let's you get out a complete sentence. Never again This guy also lied in his reply. So not only is he disrespectful and rude, he is a liar.

I just got my BMW back from Boyles. I had it towed there because everything just started to shut down while I was running errands. From previous experience this was exactly what happened in another vehicle when the alternator went out. It was a Friday evening so I knew he wouldn't be be open so I left a note with my info including that I thought it was the alternator and put it in the drop slot with my keys. Got the call today that it was fixed and that it was just a bad battery and the alternator checked out. I paid the very reasonable bill and went on my way. They could have replaced my alternator and I would have been none the wiser. That's integrity. They'll be my go to as long as they're in business.

I called explaining that I had an urgent repair that needed to be done on my Volvo and they told me to bring it in the following day and they got the job done by the close of business. I'm a happy customer and this is definitely where I'll be bringing my Volvo for future repairs.

While I normally like to take care of my own maintenance and repairs on my Volvo over the past 10 years there have been a few issues that were either too extensive or mysterious to handle myself. In these instances Bill and Dean have shown themselves to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly with their service while still offering reasonable pricing. On more than one occasion they have even just explained how to complete the repair myself for absolutely free. Boyle's offers "throw back" customer service, make/model specific knowledge and truly affordable pricing that is impossible find through the dealership network. I can't recommend them enough for service on your Volvo. I know they also service VW, BMW, Mercedes Benz and other various European makes.

Business Response on Google Nov 13th, 2023
Customer had the car at a different shop and wanted it fixed with their diagnoses.. I told the customer I needed to ask some specific questions about the car which the customer avoided and rambled on with the story. I tried to stop the customer. It was impossible. After that I told the customer that I needed to scan the car for $125.00 He said he already paid at the other shop. I told him I decided not to work on his car. He stormed out. I guess you can't please everybody.
