Car caught on fire while being driven one week after this shop had it in there possession working on it for over thirty days. Now it's gone totalled!! No accountability at all from the owner! I am speaking my truth. At this point I've been Praising God for saving my family's life and I will Never stop praising HIM. Even though I've been saddened by the professionalism of the owner, I've received the blessings God has given me. Be very careful who you put your trust in.

My brother recommended me to Mr.Tim and I will NEVER take my car to any other shop, he took my car and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Mr.Tim is an extremely kind man and as a young woman its hard to find a reliable shop to take your car where you dont feel like youre going to get taken advantage of, Ill always recommend going to Quality care auto repair. Do not hesitate bringing your car here!!

Highly recommended! Tim is really a warm-hearted mechanic. My Subaru Outback had some clicking noise from left-rear wheel before my long road trip from Tacoma to Flagstaff AZ (1,400 miles in 1.5 days). Visited another place before coming to Tim, and I was advised to replace wheel hub with a crazy quotation. Then I visited Tim, and he had a 15 minutes test drive with me to listen to the sounds, and told me the car would be able to make the trip. I could either let him replace the controlling arm or replace after I came back to Arizona. He did not charge anything. Then he followed up with me with messages to check the condition. What a wonderful guy! I just came back at Flagstaff, and the first thing is to leave my testimonial. Service: Steering & suspension repair
