        Never went to this store dont even live there, Im from Houston and I found out a charge on my account for nothing went to a store and found out this scam store is responsible for that charge. I dont know how they got in my account and made those changes but theyre just doing scams

        Honestly, for me the service was terrible in other places, if they don't speak Spanish, they try to explain to you about the plans and purchases that you can opt for, here they simply tell you, you can't buy this, you can't eliminate the line, you have to wait a while to make the order. change of number, it is a real scam and a headache, another bad way is that they do not give receipts and if you complain about it they do not give you the same.

        Bring in my own device had it turned on with a $65 plan. The sales guys gave me a $30 plan then charged me for insurance that won't cover my phone and charged me $110 total. These people are crooks and give the customer the opposite of what they want and don't give you a valid receipt to show you what you paid for. Corporate needs to investigate this authorized dealer. Cause these people are definitely violating their contact with T-mobile.
