Seems like perfectly competent and well-rounded council, but unfortunately I was unable to get this office to follow-through on their expressed interest in being retained by myself. After *literal* months of emailing and calling with no response, following a consultation where she expressed willingness to take my case, I was both dumbfounded and frustrated at the sudden and sustained lack of response. Perhaps in the future, if they have a change of heart just communicate that rather than leaving prospective clients out in the cold.

Ms. Straub is meticulous, thorough and straightforward. She brings a personal touch to the case that frankly made the whole process easier to go through, key when its your career on the line and very easy to become distraught with the circumstances. I had personally struggled with the decision to procure the services of a civilian attorney, but she cleared any shred of doubt that I indeed made the right choice! I can not thank her enough for the extensive time and effort she put into her preparations and her assistant is Johnny on the spot for everything. You wont go wrong by securing her as an attorney!

Heather represented me in a high profile case in which I was slandered by the King Co. Sheriff's Dept calling me a terrorist. False allegations were brought against me and she exposed the lies of the "victim" and the police violating my 4th and 5th amendment rights. She successfully deliberated my case and brought out the truth. Heather is a seasoned and professional attorney who fights for her clients and exposes the corruption and collusion of those placed in a public trust. She went above and beyond to represent me.
