I chose Erik to be my lawyer for my divorce case. There were a lot of deception and confusion in my case but he made me feel as though I was his only client, although I know I wasn't. He gave me on honest input regarding possible outcome of my case. He is very responsive and being on top of everything. He is extremely knowledgeable about military law and got me exactly what I wanted with regards to my case. Thank you so much for protecting my right and helping me get out of a toxic marriage. Im beyond grateful to have found him as my attorney. Hopefully I will never need his services ever again lol but if I did he is the first and only person I would call!!!

Terrible representation Since Google wont let me post my actual review Ill just put how frustrated I was for the whole process. Costs, this divorce without one single in person court hearing was over $12,600. Thats not including his retainer (3,500) that sits throughout the whole divorce process, other attorneys cost to type up something he claims he knows so much about, and also the mediation cost. Mediation determined 99% of everything, he literally did nothing. He sent me wrong paperwork, charged me incorrectly (I caught it), misspelled names, called me because he cant understand emails and charged me his normal rate. Talked down to me like Im an idiot. He plays the military card, stating he will fight and win. Thats far from the case. Dont listen to his used car salesman tactics. There is no way these reviews are real, anyone who deals with this guy either doesnt pay attention or just believes everything he says. Go pay for an attorney who has a paralegal, itll cost you way less in the process and youll have better representation. After mediation he said you should move to another country so you dont have to pay your ex part of your retirement. If you get a $400 an hour attorney with a paralegal youll most likely pay way less than this guy. Not one court date online or in person was done and it cost me almost $15,000.

Mr. Biornson was an excellent leader and a true master of the court room. With his help I was able to overcome a domestic situation against my ex girlfriend. I would recommend him for any tough case! He will come through for you! Thank you again.
