Jesus was great! My car got broken into in Federal Way. I contacted his business, and he responded quickly. I drove to him in Tacoma, and he was able to replace my broken window right away. Super professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer support; appointment not kept, rescheduled with still no show, and ghosted communication.

My husband called for a quote for the back window to be replaced in our truck. They gave him a price and said he could come in that afternoon. He took the truck in, but they didn't have the correct window available so they needed to keep it overnight. Someone did give him a ride home, which was appreciated. The price he was quoted from the time he first called went up two times by the time the work was complete. So we paid over $200 more than what they quoted him originally and we got a different window than we had and wanted. We were obviously in a bind with a broken back windshield and my husband just went with it, but it left us both feeling like it was a bait and switch type deal. Super disappointing. The work seems fine, but the feeling is still pretty awful. Service: Auto windshield repair
