Safelite AutoGlass

I arrived at 2:30 for my 3pm appointment only to have one of the workers let me know at 4:45 pm it’s too late and they can’t replace my windshield glass. Two receptionist in the lobby and at most one other person in the lobby with me yet nobody told me they couldn’t help and wasted all that time and drive to get there? The manager at the front didn’t even apologize and just asked when I want to reschedule as if this is common customer service practice at safelight. They took my insurance deductible and yet failed to perform leaving me with less money, time, broken windshield and terribly irritated. Terrible service and shame on them.

I dropped off my car at 9:30am for a windshield replacement. I called at 4:50pm, as I knew they closed at 5. I was told it would be ready by 6pm, as they were running behind. I received a call at 5:20pm, 20 minutes after my car was supposed to be ready initially (at the latest) and almost 8 hours after I dropped it off. They said they just realized they couldn't get to my car today, wasting 2 hours of my time, and an entire day without my car. No offer for anything but to reschedule. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be using safelite ever again. Speedy Glass is just down the road, and will be getting my business from now on. I will be telling everyone I know about this experience as well.

Just needed a back window resealed and they don't do that. The man in the office when I went in and asked him about the resealing was very rude, very short I asked who he would recommend and he suggested speedy auto glass but I had a bad experience with them, I finally called barrier auto glass and they met me at a McDonald's parking lot and did an awesome job
