The Little Med Spa

I was new to Botox and very interested in Kybella. Joni immediately made me feel at ease and her little med spa is everything its hyped to be! I have been going to her for over 8 months and people dont even suspect I use fillers. She is dedicated at making clients skin look seamlessly beautiful with precise application and clinical technique. In an over-saturated aesthetic field, she is a gem. Highly recommended!

Joni is the BEST! I've been seeing her for 2 years now for fillers and I am so grateful I found her. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She is very talented, a cool human, and makes sometimes uncomfortable procedures painless and tolerable. Can't recommend enough!!

I arrived early. First time being here for a consult so I waited in the hallway until it was my appointment time at 5pm (she was with a customer). I had knocked just to let her know I was there. She was talking to this customer about vacations and the appointment was clearly over (theres a window and I could see them and they could see me). I thought well..Ill just wait because Im sure shell wrap it up since I was there. I waited for 25 minutes..TWENTY FIVE. I knocked again and was ignored again..clearly looking right at her (door was locked). I heard everything they were talking about and she completely disregarded the whole fact that she had a customer waiting. I understand if there was something serious going on but just talking is ridiculous. Clearly by then Im annoyed because..like everyone I have a life and a schedule. I get seen, and leave knowing I will never go back. I dont care how good she is (she was recommended to me) I think having a lack of professionalism speaks volumes. Dont make someone wait 30+ minutes and act like its no big deal.
