Wish I could give Matt and his team 10 stars for how amazing our experience with them was. As first time home buyers with a VA loan, we were walking into a pretty frustrating and disheartening situation given the highly competitive market and rising interest rates. Many folks most likely wouldn't have gotten too discouraged to continue but Matt was always willing to drop what he was doing to hop on a call to talk things through with us. We never felt like we were left out of the loop or going into something without knowing all the facts. Matt and the team at Fairway Mortgage were amazing and we HIGHLY recommend working with them for your next home buying experience. :)

I had the pleasure and honor of recently working with Hunter Hoskinson . I can tell you that I first contacted Hunter for the possibility of buying a home on Feb 22nd 2022, and without exaggerating, the closing was completed on my home on Feb 24th 2023. It's been an years journey that I was not will to give up and working with an incredible team of Fairway Morgage, my loan officer being Hunter. I was originally referred to Hunter by my realtor Grace Alvarado (also great realtor)because She had worked with him with former clients and was very impressed with his knowledge and abilities. This was my same experience.He is very professional and responsive. He will go the extra mile and will move mountains to get anything accomplished. He will never take no for an answer and will hold your hand throughout the process. Buying a home can stressful and is really hard to find someone that has your best interest at heart.
