The woman who did my pedicure was very aggressive with removing the cuticles, especially around my big toes. At one point I winced and she apologized, but continued lifting the sides of my nail from the bed and cutting them all the way up to the base of my toenail, then ripping the skin and nail with the cuticle nippers, which hurt very badly. It's my understanding you should never cut the sides of the toenail like this because it can cause ingrown nails. I should have spoken up and left but instead sat it out because I was in the middle of getting my manicure done as well. I have never had an experience like this anywhere and will not return. I am very concerned I am going to get an infection because my toe is throbbing a day later and it hurts to walk or put pressure on it. The only plus is the polish was well done.

They did a beautiful job shaping my nails, making sure theyre thin, and the design is beautiful. They did exactly what I asked for but even better. Along with that they also are the kindest people ever. Best nail salon I have been to in Tacoma!

I had so much fun and I got exactly what I asked for. I have short natural nails and the employees were super nice about it and made it work!!! Kat is such a good worker! I was blessed to have her as my nail tech today.
