Communication and professionalism isnt present with this buisness, if there was an option for no stars I would select it. The experience with this buisness has been nothing but headaches. Went to the first appointment with no issues but on the second appointment they moved the time and day without reaching out, and when I got to the appointment we had to wait 30 minutes after the original time. On the third appointment and may I say final appointment, we showed up and no one was there. We knocked for 10 minutes, even tried to call but the number was disconnected or wasn't accepting calls. The Service is "Posh & Pampered" but I felt "Lost and trampled".

Terrible communication. Had a booked appointment for 11am. Its currently 11:14 and nobody is answer the door, or picking up their phones. Super unprofessional setting.

I found this place on Instagram and booked a new customer discounted facial . Booking was easy and fast . Lesha took care of my facial . She was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing . I had the best facial ! It was relaxing and not rushed . I decided then to buy a acne package. Each session is like the first time . She takes her time to treat , ask questions and provide recommendations . I highly recommend her. She treats and respects every customer the same way which is why I recommended her to friends and family .

I really wanted to enjoyed this place, but I cant pay for Unprofessionalism. I scheduled my first appt for a specific day and she texts me the morning of saying we need to reschedule, which is fine, stuff happens. I get my facial and it was amazing, but she brought her kids in the office with her and, kids being kids, they were a little disruptive. I still had to pay full price, which is fine, but in her agreement before booking, she states no kids and that she wont allow cancellations and reschedules 48 hrs before the appt. I always give small businesses the benefit of the doubt and I scheduled another facial with her for a specific day and she rescheduled on me again, we couldnt find a day that I could reschedule for because I had other plans and work during the hours she was trying to reschedule for. Her facial was nice but I dont want to pay my hard earned money when I dont feel like Im not a priority.
