This place is horrible, do not come here for anything! I filed my taxes here 22 and during our visit the lady helping me Awnsers her phone and gets up and leaves for 20 minutes without saying a word to us. Than another woman comes and sits down and to continue my taxes. Without even asking any questions or saying anything to me. So unprofessional than the woman on the phone comes back and continues. Well another interruption she gets up and switch desks with a lady and now a third lady sits down and same as before doesnt say a word to me and continues with my taxes. It was like musical chairs. My taxes were not difficult I have a few W-2s and that was it. We they didnt put all of them in and had to revise my taxes, they didnt care nor apologize for their mistake!

it's a place you walk in. I'm disabled and only have a home care worker once a week for four hours. I was not feeling well but needed a document notorized with witnesses that day. We got there and had to wait about 30mins. Now I have pain in my back and down my right leg and the chairs are very uncomfortable! Finally we get back to the lady to get the document taken care of. Well, while sitting there she is talking in another language to other ladies there and then she calls one over and starts talking to her about her taxes during my appointment while I sit there and wait!!! She finally gets done after about 10 mins. She gets back to my things, makes copies and puts the original in a plastic sheet cover. At this point I'm in a lot more pain and upset. I just need to go home!! We paid and left. That night when the pain finally calmed down I looked over the paperwork to find NO SEAL ON THE PAPERWORK!!!! It took over a week to get them to come to my house to put the seal on the paperwork that should have been done over a week ago. If I had been feeling ok and all that had not happened, I would have noticed that there was NO seal before leaving. Anyway, you be the judge.
