        Made an appointment online, got a confirmation email for the appoint. When we arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time, we were told that they didnt have us scheduled (even after showing them the email), and that they were closing. We tried to book another appointment but was only given times in the middle of work days (noon and 1pm slots on week days). The only real help they gave us when we asked what we should do, we were specifically told it is what it is and try somewhere else like across the street. We found a Jackson-Hewitt a block up the road, went in there, booked an appointment for after work the next day, and are very happy with their services. Thank you H&R for suggesting Jackson-Hewitt!
