        I havent been to this location for a long time but its clear it still retains the title of Worst McDonalds in Charleston, WV. I ordered a 20pc McNugget and it took 40 minutes from the time the order was placed until ready. Not the longest Ive been held captive in a fast food place but a very close second. It took the greater portion of an hour lunch break just to get my order. On top of that the fountain machines werent functioning so even I had gotten a drink with my order there would have been no point anyway.

        Awful service. When trying to order the employee was having side conversations and laughing. Parked in the drive though for about 15 minutes before just leaving.

        Me and my friend were peeing and the lights turned off same with the whole restaurant and they kicked us out without giving us our payed for food
