        Was going to open a new account, handy since the branch is near my home and work. Instead was immediately met with an employee who very loudly and rudely told me I couldn't park in "his" lot. He asked no questions so I offered no answers. You can keep your empty parking lot and spaces, plenty of other banks in town. Even if I weren't planning on being a future customer, that was beyond ride and nasty. Also, FYI, wear your damn mask correctly.

        Met with Mr. Casto. I've never known someone who could explain everything so thoroughly and answer all my questions fully, without skipping a beat- He really knows his stuff. Very sharp and professional guy, they are lucky to have him working there.

        There is no way I would ever invest my money with this company.  The money managers are not competent and are not responsible.  I wish you good luck if you already invested here.  However, if I were you I would do my best to move to a more responsible company.
