Todd Judy Ford, where do I begin,first off my son bought a vehicle from them ,brand new may I add, bow there is an issue 70000 miles and 3 years later that effects 80 percent of that model and they say they dint have a part to fix it yet, they told him to have it towed to to their shop and they will put a computer on it which he didn't his own expense, he called the next day to check on it and they told him they would not have an opening until 1 week out and they won't even check on it til then, meanwhile hes out of a vehicle to get back and forth to work, they called back and told him they would try to check on it today but if it's the part that requires an recall then it would probably need a new engine due to the defective part which is 7000 dollars, he suppose to have a lifetime drivetrain but was told that since he does his own oil changes that even though it is their defective part that caused the engine to go bad ,they would not cover it so if it ends up being that situation he will go through the West Virginia attorneys general office, and I guess have to het a lawyer and sue, it would be classifies as a lemon, and the dealership refuses to make it right, so, beware of tgis auto dealership

Worked with the car salesman Matt Hill, he was easy to talk with and helpful. Between him and the sales floor manager, the vehicle buying experience was very smooth!
