Clean. Free breakfast and decent selection. Bathrooms could use an update. Beds are comfortable. Just ok..

No soap. Not that they forgot to put any in the room, I'd be ok with that. No soap period. They did provide a dirty soap dish, just to tease I guess. Also had to clean the toilet, as it clearly hadn't been cleaned (yes, I mean poop... Plus a cheerio in the bowl, but I wasn't hungry). Of course I didn't bring my own cleaning supplies as I had mistakenly assumed it was unnecessary. There was hair in the bed (and on the desk and elsewhere) and food, a used earplug, and other trash on the floor. The front desk staff were very apologetic and even came back up to the room with me at midnight to help me clean the room and swap the sheets out.

Just have to notate that was just in a tornado warning and stopped here to take cover and the hospitality was amazing. Got my kids hot chocolate and snacks and got us cover just because they seemed to care. Cant say enough about the kindness given in a scary moment. Will definitely stay here when I travel. Ill go out of my way to be here because they went out of their way when they didnt need to.

The staff were very personable. Everyone was always willing to help you. I felt very safe there by myself. Breakfast was always good.
