If I could give less than one star I would. Why even offer to do kids manicure if your going to be rude and have an attitude the entire time and then rush the kids around by the arm. And having two young kids why should I separate them so that the mother could be with them the entire time. Very horrible staff and will never come again.

Today will be my last visit at this nail salon. Went in for a REGULAR mani/pedi. Gel polish on toes & fingernails natural. Was literally questioned over & over about why not the deluxe. Its like she didnt know how to do an old school mani/pedi. I usually do the deluxe but lately it hasnt really been worth it. She barely used the pumice bar on my heels & there was no nail clean up at all. I stopped her a couple times to ask her to go over it again & I finally gave up. She made 2 of my fingers bleed & at the end she said next time do deluxe. Its better. So still $70 for the worst mani/pedi of my life. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I definitely should have read the reviews before coming here. My nails dont look too bad, just rude people and very rough with your nails. Do not recommend. I have never left a bad review. Im just extremely disappointed with the customer service.

I should not have even walked out before looking or left a tip. Thats on me. They were fast, but these are messy. It is a hit or miss when getting nails done. I have had some great experiences here. I should have gotten the name of this nail tech to find out who I work best with.
