        One of the best closings I have ever had. I used to sell real estate so I have been to many closings. I received my information almost a week before closing to review and ask any questions as the seller. The buyer said they also had an excellent experience. Both Realtors also commented how well everything was done. Everything was organized and good attention to detail and accurate. That can only come from thorough behind the scenes pre-work and the lender has to do their part to get information to the closing attorney of course. I highly recommend Shaffer Law for any real estate work you have based on my experiences.
