Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If you rent Alamo or Enterprise from this be very careful. The pat 3 rentals they have tried to over charge me. I returned to airport on Friday at 2pm, wrote time, milage, parking spot and fuel. Turned in keys. I was charged until Monday afternoon when they picked up the keys, I assume. This is a scam operation as it has happened last 3 times. Take a picture with time stamp, in parking spot, and have a witness. I called to dispute and they said I would have to call the location from which I rented the vehicle, in a different town? This did not make sense to me, and I disagreed with who had control over my contract. Supposedly they are correcting, I will update.

I use National/Enterprise almost exclusively and and have always been happy. Their FBO phone line is especially useful for my business.

This place helped me in in my time of need. He didn't really have the time but he did it. I recommend this place highly!

Great service once the car reservation is made. I use the FBO service for smaller airports often. I just have a hard time with the automated phone system. Sometimes or often you just want to talk with someone but your stuck in the automated system for a minute or two.
