Fantastic customer service and installation staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A couple years back our unit had stopped working so we had a different company come look at it and they said we needed to replace it immediately. I decided to obtain quotes and A-1 came and told us that wasnt the case it was merely iced over and got us back in business immediately. We were ready to buy a new unit and they could have sold it to me and I never would have known. That honestly had me call them from then on and when it finally was time to purchase a new unit, I didnt look anywhere else. They did a great job and quickly. Highly recommend them!

When it was time to invest in a new furnace and air conditioner for our home we called A-1 and we didn't regret it. They brought a level of experience and professionalism that's hard to find. The job was finished in less than a day for a lot less than the other guys. Next time we need any HVAC work done, we won't hesitate to call A-1 Heating & Cooling.

I have to say I am pleased with the installation and service. It was done neat and tidy and they cleaned up after themselves. Also it seems the new furnace is outperforming my 30 year old unit. I wont know how the A/C will perform until summer.

I have called A1 out to my house twice within the past year, once for our air-conditioning, most recently for our furnace. both experiences were very positive, and I felt like honest work was done that fixed our problems. We had Clayton come out both times. I appreciate the consistency of the value and quality of their work.
